Ismail Kamal, governor of South Sinai, led Friday prayers at al-Siddiq Mosque in the port city of Nuweiba on the Red Sea coast. He was joined by local officials, religious leaders and residents of the city.

Worshippers at the mosque prayed for the victims of a bus accident in Nuweiba, asking God to have mercy on the dead and grant patience to their families. The prayer session was part of the governor's effort to communicate directly with residents and gather their concerns and suggestions.

The sermon, titled "The Prophet Muhammad: The Best Example," drew on the life and teachings of Muhammad as a model for family and community life. It emphasized virtues including good character, mercy, forgiveness and kindness toward others.

After prayers, Kamal spoke with worshippers and local leaders about their needs. He said the provincial government would continue monitoring citizens' concerns and work to improve public services across South Sinai's cities.
