Dr. Ahmad al-Ansari, governor of Giza, held a meeting with administrators from the districts of Badrasheen, Kardassa, and al-Saff to review progress on land regularization cases and settlement applications for building code violations. The meeting addressed implementation status of regularization files and performance metrics within the districts.
Al-Ansari emphasized the need to accelerate processing of cases and improve coordination among administrative bodies. He directed officials to prevent backlogs, complete paperwork for qualified applications, and submit regular progress reports on case resolution rates.
The governor ordered immediate action against any encroachment on agricultural land or state property, with legal measures to be taken against violators. He stressed that land regularization and spatial changes constitute a priority file receiving continuous oversight.
Al-Ansari also reviewed implementation of demolitions ordered by a spatial-change committee and instructed officials to complete remaining cases and monitor for new violations.
