Water contamination has emerged as a major concern across the affected areas. "Everywhere pretty much in the affected area, the water sources are contaminated," said Amy Lefevre, a Save the Children representative on the ground in Nepal. Lefevre noted that the water is unsafe for bathing or other uses.
