Nayla, a Saudi Arabia-based fintech, has closed approximately $18 million in pre-Series A funding comprising equity and debt, the company announced at LEAP 2026 in Riyadh. Idrisi Ventures led the equity portion, with participation from Suhail Ventures and other strategic investors. BLOMINVEST led the debt facility.

The company was built through Sanabil Studio, an investment arm that supports emerging ventures. Nayla is the first venture launched by the studio to close an institutional funding round.

Founded in 2024 by Shaqran Alyahya and Khalid Naili, Nayla provides AI-powered lending solutions for micro-businesses in Saudi Arabia. The platform aims to provide faster access to digital financing in the Kingdom.

Nayla said it will use the new capital to accelerate development of its AI-powered lending products and expand financing availability for micro-businesses. The company earlier raised $4 million in seed funding in 2024, led by Sanabil Venture Studio by Stryber.
